The NWETL Dynamic Test Lab provides
a wide range of mechanical shock testing capability (see Package Testing
for Package Drop Test information). Shock tests are performed on new equipment from the industry's
premier equipment manufacturers. Objects as large as 1,000 pound computer racks or as small
as miniature hard drives can be tested to the most stringent test standards. Obviously, particular
test capabilities are determined by the required G level, pulse duration, pulse shape, product weight
and fixture weight.
